How do I see responses to my customers text reminders?

There are three ways to see the response your customer has texted back to you:


1. The first 10 characters of the text response is shown on the appointment block .

2. The icon shown on the appointment block will change based on the text response.

3. The text response is shown as a priority note which you can see only after the appointment block is opened.
