How do I allow employees access to appointments belonging to other employees?

Employees who login to the Clover terminal will always have access to view and manage appointments belonging to other employees. This access cannot be disabled.


Employees who use remote devices may be granted or denied access to view and manage appointments belonging to other employees. This is done by using the 'Remote Device Access" setting located on the Merchant Settings -> Other Defaults page.
