What do the emojis (icons) on appointment blocks mean?
Customer has CANCELLED their appointment via text response
Customer has provided COMMENT in their text response
Appointment has been CONFIRMED. If appointment is confirmed by text response from customer, the color of the appointment block will NOT change. If appointment is confirmed using the "Appointment Options" menu, the color of the appointment block will change.
Appointment will START in 2 hours or less, so customer text will not be sent
Appointment has been LOCKED and can only be changed by unlocking it first. The color of the appointment block will change.
Customer did NOT SHOW up for appointment. The color of the appointment block will change.
Appointment has checkout ORDER associated with it
Appointment has been RESCHEDULED
Customer text reminder has been SENT
Customer TEXT reminder has been SCHEDULED, but NOT SENT
