HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOM ITEM DURING CHECKOUT AND ALSO ADD IT TO SALON SCHEDULER AT THE SAME TIME?

There is currently an issue with the Clover Register App that is preventing the below procedure from working. Clover is working on a fix to this. Once the Clover fix is complete, this feature will work correctly from Salon Scheduler during checkout. Thank you for your patience.


To create a custom item during checkout:


1. From the Clover Register, press the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner

2. Select "Custom Item"

3. Enter the price of the custom item using the large keypad

4. Edit the "Item Name"

5. Check the "Add to Inventory" box

6. Press the "Add Item" button

7. Fill in other fields if desired. These other fields are not used by Salon Scheduler

8. Press "Categories" and select the category that this custom item will belong to

9. Press "Save" and then "Cancel"
