Merchant Settings

The User Interface has been recently updated.  Merchant settings are now accessed by tapping on the "Pencil and Wrench" icon the left of the "TODAY" button on the navigation panel at the top of the Scheduler.  All fields are similar to the video (albeit a few fields have moved their order).
