What are "untagged" items?
"UNTAGGED" items and services refer to those that were sold without adding the "by <employee name>" during employee prompting at checkout. These are mainly items and services that were sold before Salon Scheduler was installed.
Once an order is paid out, Clover "vaults" the order so no further changes can be made to it. For example, any items or services sold before Salon Scheduler was installed will appear in the "untagged" section.
