How do I transfer my customers and appointments from my current software?
Clover is a highly secure cloud based platform. The extra security is in your best interests. The security, however, does prevent "quick transfers" of existing data. You will need to add your appointments to the Salon Scheduler manually.
- Customer data can be transferred using a separate Clover app called "Customer Upload" by Abreze. After you transfer your customers, please go to the Salon Scheduler app and tap "+ APPT" icon at the top. Then tap CUSTOMER and tap the "REFRESH ALL" button. This button will pull all customer changes that are made outside of the scheduler into the scheduler for immediate use.
