FLEX Uninstall (Automatic). How to recover...

If your Scheduler auto - uninstalled or quit working on your Flex unit, you need to reboot your FLEX and reinstall the Scheduler.  Then restart the scheduler.  The Scheduler will automatically download all of your data and should be good to go.  This incident occurred because we are now supporting the Flex 2.  We accidentally set the system to work with the Flex 2 instead of both the Flex 1 and the Flex 2.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
