Text Message Reminders Changed
FCC requirements allow the keyword "Cancel" to be used as a request by a customer to STOP receiving a text message. As a result, we are replacing the keyword 'cancel' in all text message reminders with the word "no". To be consistent, we are now requesting customers respond with "yes", "no", or "resched" in place of the previous "confirm", "cancel", "resched". If you use the "cancel" keyword in your reminders, we automatically replace it. If you wish to use different wording, please change your reminders using Scheduler->Menu (3 lines in top left)->MERCHANT SETTINGS->Reminders.
